Resident Testimonial

Russ Welch
Ridgeview Towers resident

I’ve been a resident at Ridgeview Towers for a little over a year now. Coming from texas and being admitted to Belle Terrace was quite a milestone event in my life. Dallas boy moves to Tecumseh.”

It took me about three weeks to get used to and settled into my apartment at Ridgeview. Mostly because the Belle Terrace staff took care of ALL my needs. I had to make the mental transition to an assisted living. I finally told myself the wonderful staff here at Ridgeview was more than willing and able to assist me in meeting my needs. I found I was living in an assisted living community, not one that would do everything for me-community. I’ve definitely reached the position in my life where I’ve found the difference between a want and a need. It’s simply mind over matter; “If God don’t mind giving it to me, it don’t matter to me.”

My life is so much better than it was before. I know that only by the Grace of God I’m here. I’m so grateful to both Belle Terrace and Ridgeview Towers’s staff, physicians and Johnson County Hospital, friends and my family. This Texan is proud to call Tecumseh his “home away from home.”
